Collaborative environment - The company fosters a collaborative environment, promoting teamwork and knowledge sharing among employees. Work life balance health and job satisfaction was there.

Dislikes

Considering tenure employees and experience need to pay attention on scale as per market standards which is potential drawback. Being higher outside they need to pay attention on stay back experience employees.

Literally nothing, can't even give tissue paper, to take some office supplies u need to go to different building, wifi doesn't work in the office

Dislikes

No promotion, will make u work long hours, no perks, no salary hike, got acquired from another company, didn't wanted to join but no choice had to serve the notice period, no promotion for 2 years

Your life will be easy if your manager is good. If not best of luck with your stress.

Dislikes

Being a very big company, no perk or benifits. Insurance policy sucks, you may need to pay a significant amount if you need a better one.

It's a good organization to start the career but should not continue once you complete 1 year at Mphasis.

Dislikes

1. Toxic work culture, 2. No salary hikes at all. 3. Very selfish management. 4. Fake promises.

It's my first company as a fresher, i learned a lot of skills and as far as training went it was great.

Dislikes

After training, -there are no projects for gaining actual work experience. -the salary for fresher's is very low -you are put on bench after training and you have to wait for projects for months and the WORST part is there is bench policy, from starting date of the bench period for the next 2 months-full salary and later 2 months-50% salary and after that NO SALARY. It is the worst situtation for freshers honestly.
