Everything, absolutely no pay hikes and promotions, no bonus, no allowance, sometimes you don't even get full salary, forget VP, Toxic management and culture, worst HR system and of lot of things, everything bad you can imagine about a company exists in Mphasis.

Flexible working hours, Skill development internal platforms or training tools, Self awareness sessions organised by HRBPs

Dislikes

1. No Salary increment from last 4 years in any department, 2. Multiple manager hierarchy, 3. Unnecessary internal PF process, 4. Benefits like Internet bill reimbursement are only on paper, 5. Rude hiring HRs (Negotiate as higher as possible while joining only, because once you join in- you'll not get anything) 6. Unskilled managers or management (not all but some), 7. Appreciations happen only on email, the rewards system (money based) stopped from Q1 2023, you'll get certificates to post on social media/LinkedIn 😁 8. Quarterly bonus will be received only if "whole team" performs better & if your client is 100% happy. Else, forget it. (It doesn't matter how smart/hard you worked

it is all you luck if you are in good project and team members, you will get chance to enhance your skills, they are few Big clients Mphasis have where the project and work is going more than 10-15 years, will go on at least another 5 years. decent mid-size IT company,

... hike , most of them did not receive any pay hike or rise for 3 years in a row they don't give variable pay as promised No promotions, typical service based worst bench policy company growth is very slow, not many big clients are not adding

To be frank I'm just ok with their package as compared to other companies but still there is no additional benefits like night shift allowance or bonus.

Dislikes

As a customer chat agent it's really challenging task to work almost 7:45 hours constantly on 3 concerency which will break down our mental health and cause stress and also shif part they will continuously changes according to their need they will not even ask agents that they are comfortable or not and also there will be a huge difference in shifts life one month day shift and next month will be night shift which will cause for health, sleep and peace. If you are looking for peaceful work I would recommend every one to not choose customer support domain in Mphasis.

Culture in the company is good and they have multiple business LOB's and if you are lucky you can be moved to another business through other programs.

Dislikes

...ssue perks like other companies. No night shift allowance and no food allowance. Cab available however a certain amount will be deducted from your salary every month.
