Don't have exposure to upscale your skills. Management is not that understanding. In finance the work culture is quite hostile.

Good initiatives & activities by HR for employee well being. Above industry pay packages.

Uncertainty over Sustainability: Lack of coordination, fear of failure with LT team members leads to blockheads impacting business growth. Depts running in silos to protect their job only & the behaviour pattern flows from top to down. Business model, market timing all is perfect but still employees have fear of sustainability.

We need to More agressive in terms of New Business Development because it's a startup company so the management expectations are very high

Dislikes

Startup like company don't take any harsh decision which is life threatening to the employees because most of the employees joining in startup company with great hopes on future , but companies have to give some time to settle down to the New systems. Don't play with future of employee life

I have learnt moreover from this organization. I learnt how to lead the team . I learnt about Air Cargo operation. I learnt which shipment sent by air transportation. Which documents mandatory for Air connection. Learnt about the importance of times.

Dislikes

Work environment is not good . Employee Ke sath seniors ka misbehave. FedEx company se aaye hue seniors managers , managers , executive ne ak tarah ki union bna Rakhi h. HR se harrasment ki complan ki to HR ne koi ection nahi liya. HR and senior managers are corrupt.

it's lovely to learn that i love working in movin company. There are many factors such as a pleasant work atmosphere. Great coworker or colleagues and good work ethics that can enhance once jon satisfaction and happiness as a whole. The feature of the work environment of movin company that i like the most.

Dislikes

If i am dislike at movin there is NO career development ascpect at the movin. It might be due to some factots such as limited opportunities please address thia issue. Thank You
