Following this training, if students do not meet the conversion targets, they are placed on a Performance Improvement Plan (PIP). This situation seems to mislead students into believing that their employment is secure, despite the lack of actual job opportunities. Furthermore, after completing the training, many students received no salary and reported that the company's claims about their performance metrics were deceptive. you have to work 6 days a week, sometimes salary comes 1-2 days late. You can't get any sick leave or personal leave or salary got deducted for interns, No trips/office party once in a month. At evening tea is great but snacks are missing.
