Nothing to like about this company, working at noida location.

Dislikes

No salary hike No compoff neither payment during extra shift. Poor work life balance SPOC don't want to talk even with experience employee regarding the issue on any matter. Payment is too low.

Eventually this is company now Rebranded with new name as MOVATE. Only good thing about this company is Job Security other than there is nothing good about the company.

... severely underpaid for the job. There is no benefits working with this company. For cab service also they cut amount from our salary upon Cab SLAB policy. Eventually my salary is 14.5 K and they cut 1.5 K for cab. This company doesn't provide any accomadation to it's employees. I will learn nothing from this work culture and there will be no growth among the positions. For appraisal and promotions you need to be assistant to your Supervisor and Team lead then you can have everything. If you are fresher kindly don't join this company. Just a humble request. Thank you Ambition box for this opportunity!

There is no comstructive time line to complete your task. You can take it to any extend if it's not critical

...alary. They cut down your salary due to the glitch in there antendance platform. They might also sometimes wouldn't give your over time salary with any stupid reason.

Hi, I'm here to share a part of my journey from the past 12 years in my career, I started from a package of 3.6LPA in 2013 at iGate and due to a few bad decisions on my career and worthless advices from people who are always pessimistic about the industry, I switched two companies and landed in a start-up with 2.4LPA. I worked hard nearly 8-16hrs a day single handed researched, built and managed an entire vertical of a project for 8 years. When the company didn't value my contribution and thought I was too young to become a manager, I had a package of 6LPA and Senior developer in designation. I switched for obvious reasons to a TL role for 12LPA and now at the same company I'm a TPM on the basis of my contribution with 48LPA as a fixed component. I feel outclassed in terms of having a fancy CV with certifications, I feel like CTC has hit a peak with 48LPA being fixed and nearly 40% in Variable. Most companies are hesitant to hire me because of this. What should be my next move?
