...d reaching out your BPHR will be your POC(Point of Contact). But in Movate here. If you have any issue related to your leaves or salary concern then if you drop a mail to your BPHR then they will simply cc your mail with your TL or manager email id. Means routing back to your TL or manager. They the BPHR will not even taken care about your concern. And when if you have done any blunder in your work or shift then BPHR will come forward with shoulder broad saying that "I am your BPHR and I will handle this issue in my hand". When you ping your BPHR in whatsapp or teams. He will see and will not repsond. And when you will call him he will talk in rude way why did you call me at this time. You don't know my shift timings. You should have asked me what is my shift timings etc etc. After facing this callenges once you escalate to next level HR manager then your issue will look into the proper way. Please don't take transport facility in movate as there transport management are irresponsible. They don't update the change in shift to the cab guy and when you ask for the can they will say we didn't have the update. You will get two calls one is from cab team that "are you coming" eventhough it was confirmed and second call from driver that "are you coming"?

No proper salary increments No recognition for the hard work only smart work matters No 2 way cab No outings No team lunch or activity 24*7 working no leaves will approved for festivals No proper level moments based on ur experience

Employee friendly , higher level management is understanding, easy connectivity with high-level PPL means more follow ups are not required. Overall it is very best place to work.

...ity they are earning 1000 from the employees and giving 1 rupees salary to them. Also on everything they deducted the cost for example if transport allowance ideally should be 500 but if they give 350 to old employee when policy proposed after cost cutting they reduced it to 300 to new employee as they don't know the background. Always think 100times you join here they have habit of cost cutting. They removed the access of outlook mail because they see there is no use of it. Of all associate level that too only 500 to 600 candidate. i don't know by doing this how much they can save.

Eventually this is company now Rebranded with new name as MOVATE. Only good thing about this company is Job Security other than there is nothing good about the company.

... severely underpaid for the job. There is no benefits working with this company. For cab service also they cut amount from our salary upon Cab SLAB policy. Eventually my salary is 14.5 K and they cut 1.5 K for cab. This company doesn't provide any accomadation to it's employees. I will learn nothing from this work culture and there will be no growth among the positions. For appraisal and promotions you need to be assistant to your Supervisor and Team lead then you can have everything. If you are fresher kindly don't join this company. Just a humble request.
