Salary and other reimbursements will be done in a smoother way.

... and they don't know how much time and what resources are required for a task. Hired as L1 engineer and then from 1st day itself worked as a L2 engineer without any changes in salary. This is happening all projects. Hired for rotational shift and worked completely at night shifts. During the interview process, both Manager and HR assured to have rotational shift. But, on the floor there is only no shift, I had to work nights only. Very bad cheat. Please Please Please don't sign the bond if you are not 100% sure that you will work there for 2 years. They won't give you relieving and experience letters without paying a huge amount of money. Dirty canteen.

Job security - Good

Dislikes

No salary hike No compoff neither payment during extra shift. Poor work life balance SPOC don't want to talk even with experience employee regarding the issue on any matter. Payment is too low.

...y want they will remove you. ->HR is treating himself like college principle. ->They are not providing you salary even you worked. -> They are providing average salary around 3-4 LPA. ->They have signed a bond , you are not allowed leave the company before two year. -> You need to pay 2.5 lakh rupees , if you want leave the company. -> If you are breaking the bond , they will sui you as per Tamilnadu Law. -> They will increase you work pressure as per requirement , but they will never increase your salary. -> They are changing extra in canteen food/ CAB charges and providing worst quality of food. ->They forced you to work 10 hour daily. -> If you planning to join this company , you are going to ruin your carrier and health.

1. If you have selected for Chennai location then there will be language barrier between u and other colleagues. 2. TL will be partial here unless you have a sound in technical then this will not be an issue. 3. Every month they conduct an assessment and based upon that management will decide whether you will be in or out. 4. Two years Bound is an issue but if you are technically sound then your time will pass like an air. 5. Food is an important issue here but if you cook yourself then you can skip this point. 6. Work pressure is there but if you are technically sound then it will not be an issue.

I got 14+ years of experience in QA and my last designation in my previous organization (accenture) is QE Team Lead. Now i got an Job offer in Movate. Initially they called me for the role of QA Lead and after completing my technical rounds, HR called me and informed that the QA Lead role is already filled and they have opening only for senior engineer. Also I am already getting a salary of 17.57 lakhs / annum in accenture but here they are not ready to give hike and the HR told their budget is only 18 lakhs. I want to clarify 3 things here. 1. Is senior engineer is the equal designation as QA lead or it's a lower level 2. Kindly advice if I can take up this position as I already left my job and there is no change in my salary. 3. Generally advice whether the company is good or any concerns or risks
