Its Bad experiences i am having with CSS corp Also, you will struggle a lot to get your reimbursement related like, Medical claims, monthly internet bills etc... Please do not join CSS.com if you’re experienced and looking for opportunities

If you do a silly mistake normal human does they won't think twice to put you on PIP and through you out from the organization.. Well it's totally depends on your manager behavior.

Dislikes

No salary hikes, No increments, No appraisal. Company itlself is in financial crisis. They can remove you whenever they want. No job security. Notice period is 3 months which doesn't suits the company. No growth in compensation as well as knowledge.
