...ame to know that there was a bond of 3 years and also asked for a signed cheque. The salary they were giving was peanuts. Even peanuts are costlier then their salary. I was getting an opportunity in software development so I accepted the offer. On Boarding process: I joined in a batch. We were given product training. The training was a useless one, even the trainers didn't knew the product properly and when we asked any question they used to say us explore by yourself. After the training we were told of exam, which was the weird part. They intentionally asked the questions which were not covered in a training. In product training exam they asked me weird questions which were neither related to product nor matched my designation. On Job Experience: The exam scores were not shared with us. The CEO fired many of my batchmates stating they failed in exam. My Friends were fired without any consent. Remaining joinees were asked to meet CEO, who threw everyone in any random team as per his convenience. I was hired as a developer but kept in the QA team without any reason. Many other joinees were thrown in data entry team. When we asked HR about this, she was just playing with us. When we said please let us leave. They said we cannot leave as there is a 3 years bond and they were even asking for money. Then we all realized it was a trap. I anyhow ran out of these trap but I pray for my other joinee friends who are still trapped inside. They even asked us to write positive reviews on mouthshut. So whatever positive reviews you find anywhere are written by in-house employees. Conclusion: Please please please stay away from this company. All people right from CEO - H.R - OLD Experience employees are part of these game of trapping employees and playing with their careers. God save u.

No job security, no career growth, salary/appraisal is a joke, join only if you are not serious with your career.

Dislikes

The culture is pathetic, you get stuck coz they make you sign bond. On the day of your bonus they again make you sign a bond and doesn't release the payment. Very bad company to get into.

This company is a place where anybody would find it very comfortable to work, and blend in just no time, also you will learn, work, and enjoy...simply put everything at once. I find it fun being helped by the seniors, and helping the juniors to understand the fundamentals, as the same was did by my seniors when I joined.

The working Saturdays is a half day office, it would be fantastic if it becomes 5-day work week.
