Overall nothing. A candidate gets to know the condition of the school after the selection.

Dislikes

Favorism, teacher comes and goes, no salary and security monies will not be provided once you give resignation and even they will not give appointment and experience letter. It was very worst experience..you can see many new faces come and go on same night and same week. Management is worst.My reviews may be very small. A new candidate if he joins he will better understand.

....Team members are really talented and power packed .. Secured and peaceful job..Salary will be credited within a time period .. Great infrastructure too☺

School had just started then. All the perspectives were good but unfortunately Colleagues were highly engaged in politics n game playing. Too much of interference from head office... and work life balance was terrible, no job security!

Dislikes

Salary was not so appreciative as compared to the workload. There was no job security n satisfaction. Whoever was in touch with the upper hand people, they could directly contact them n give all wrong feed back against teammates. This could never be resolved.

Likes

...ll flexibility like pdfs to absentees, photostates of notebooks and everything. Salary of teachers are not credited on time, we have to go admin and begging for salary, 2 months salaries are on due.

likes- environment is very good, principal mam and other staff are very cooperative , no politics and seniors are very frank.

Clean and modern infrastructure, management is good and friendly, but never gives salary on time, generally pay after 15 of every month, they never give salary to teachers on May and June but fee collection they takes in 3 instally
