School had just started then. All the perspectives were good but unfortunately Colleagues were highly engaged in politics n game playing. Too much of interference from head office... and work life balance was terrible, no job security!

Salary was not so appreciative as compared to the workload. There was no job security n satisfaction. Whoever was in touch with the upper hand people, they could directly contact them n give all wrong feed back against teammates. This could never be resolved.

Mount Litera Zee School gives you the best working environment and culture. Teammates are supportive enough. The management is quite transparent with each and every rule. The employees get the benefits and hike every year.
