They never pay salaries on time. Even by the end of this month the previous month's salary's are still not credited. Im sure management is enjoying the interest by keeping the salary in bank for a longer time but that interest also belongs to us. Absolutely unprofessional, salary has to be paid on time this is non negotiable.

Location is secluded, deductions not told before, salary delay and in parts, office politics, less of academics and more of events, lack of books in library, unmaintained labs and classes.

....Team members are really talented and power packed .. Secured and peaceful job..Salary will be credited within a time period .. Great infrastructure too☺

School had just started then. All the perspectives were good but unfortunately Colleagues were highly engaged in politics n game playing. Too much of interference from head office... and work life balance was terrible, no job security!

Dislikes

Salary was not so appreciative as compared to the workload. There was no job security n satisfaction. Whoever was in touch with the upper hand people, they could directly contact them n give all wrong feed back against teammates. This could never be resolved.

Likes

...ll flexibility like pdfs to absentees, photostates of notebooks and everything. Salary of teachers are not credited on time, we have to go admin and begging for salary, 2 months salaries are on due.

Dislikes

likes- environment is very good, principal mam and other staff are very cooperative , no politics and seniors are very frank.
