...ended due to work load. Working on Saturdays has to be optional and paid too. Salaries shall be offered considered experience too and not just based on previous package as many people had faced salary deduction due to covid pandemic and remained underpaid.

Mott MacDonald for sake of paying less salary, are terminating experienced employees and engaging trainee or less experienced engineers. The quality of work is very poor due to this policy. Though Mottmac is a British owned company, the management is being looked after by Gujaratis. Not to mention, Gujju policy "chamdi jaaye par damdi na jaaye". They make the people to work 10-14 hours a day without paying for OT hours. Can't raise voice against them as they would be axed. People are tolerating because they have to pay their loans. However, many of them are looking to quit the job.

I have enjoyed my tenure working for the company. I had a good Team & Managers. I also enjoyed working with colleagues from other discipline. The working environment was good. Unfortunately i had to quit as i was looking for better opportunities and growth.
