Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation? They have not at all supported in pandemic... very worst experience in here... i would not recommend this company to work with... no work protocol

Dislikes

No work prodeures, people are doing anything whatever the managment feel like... wothout notice they terminate there employees during pandemic... saying company cannot bear there salaries.... Will not recommend....

No support at all, no difference between peon and higher staff, management do not know how to speak with female, totally mannerless.

Dislikes

No work protocol, management may ask their employee to make tea.... discussions are pathetic.... not good for females...
