...e sales target, no training job products. Hr & manager is not supportive at all. Even salary is deduced without prior notice to employees. if target not achieved. Fnf settlement even not paid if they have terminated u in notice period. Pls don't join here.

Being always supportive nature here including managers, HRs. They keep motivating and focus on our work. our work is always been appreciated at MOFSL, also faced some challenges in work but with the help of seniors was able to overcome it. love to work at MOTILAL OSWAL Financial Services Limited.

Management teams are good you will never face any kind of issue regarding your salary.

Maximum time politics you will face in every department and infront you they will be like all things are good but behind you they talk shit about you if you ask for any kind of help they will say yes and forget, you will never get any help for any things. Everyone wants to be boss here. Talking in a same tone every time and big big promises every were. Don't trust anyone here if you trust them in every manger. Then it's your fault in case of your manager or colleagues.

In order to get business out of you, they might consider humiliating you rather giving you a proper guidance on how to pitch sales. Yes, I was humiliated infront of my colleagues. They say you two things: 1) "I want one- 50k margin account today anyhow." and when you get into making cold calls, they would say 2) "You won't find clients from this cold callings or meetings." Basically they saying 'ghar se paisa lao'. Do I look a fool to you? I'll bring my family's hard earned money to put it in thru Motilal's demat account and all they do is churning to make max brokerage. That's all they want and how this company is managing all their revenues.
