Nothing to like about MOFSL No work life balance at all. Toxic work environment.

Dislikes

...e sales target, no training job products. Hr & manager is not supportive at all. Even salary is deduced without prior notice to employees. if target not achieved. Fnf settlement even not paid if they have terminated u in notice period. Pls don't join here.

Maximum time politics you will face in every department and infront you they will be like all things are good but behind you they talk shit about you if you ask for any kind of help they will say yes and forget, you will never get any help for any things. Everyone wants to be boss here. Talking in a same tone every time and big big promises every were. Don't trust anyone here if you trust them in every manger. Then it's your fault in case of your manager or colleagues.
