Overall company management is very bad. Not listening the junior or Senior person. Only the manager dominating the junior and any thing that is good for them, they are not listening, and only creating un necessary pressure on to them.

Likes

Nothing to like. This company is ideal for those who does not want to work just relax and chill, which is the worst habit according to me. I just like that you can study on your own in that time.

Dislikes

Everything is bad. No benefits. No cab service, no free food, no diwali bonus in first year, have to stay 9 hours 15 minutes, lack of skill in employee, no corporate culture, a simple work which should be done in hours takes more than 10 days here.

Honestly, I can’t think of anything. I just like managers and peers. They’re nice people but not every department has that privilege.

Work-life balance, the entire organization, the admins don’t work (my monitor got stolen and I still haven’t heard anything from them since 6 months), nothing is systematic, the canteen food is terrible, you can’t get a single day to work from home, the management in general is bad and very similar to a Lala company.

Internal politics They don't provide training to new joiner Toxic environment (Maha Ghatia company) I have never seen worst company like this in my 3 year of journey Please don't join they have so much of internal politics and HR will not gonna take action because everything is internally decided If you wanna learn politics then it is a good company otherwise people are not supportive at all Seniors are come to office only to criticize the junior And this is serious situation due to this pathetic behaviour people choose to suicide Because environment are very very toxic They do not have work flexibility It seems like jail even jails are better than this company If you are happy with your life then join this company for ruin your mental health Last but not least please do not join

This is a truly an unprofessional company (Or we can say that the HR team is very very very unprofessional), in the first and second round I have clearly mentioned my expected salary. They have taken 2 rounds of interview 1st (From HR) was virtual and 2nd was face to face (From HR Head). I have given virtual round on 18th Nov'24 and they have scheduled my second round on the next day 19th Nov'24. Both interviews round were good, after 14-15 days of chasing HR Team (Tanya HR), I have received a call from HR Apurva for salary discussion, firstly she has given me an offer and I was disagree with that and I have asked her to increase a least amount in the offered CTC, then by evening (After 20 days) HR Apurva called me and told me that "You salary would be this (Which was already decreased by 15%-20%). They don't know about how to work professionally, In between this I called them many times but don't know why they were disconnecting the call. This company's HRs are terrrrrible, wasted my 22 days, and result is "0". This is my personal experience never try to give interview in the company because they shall waste your time only. TERRIBLE.........!
