Since Nashik plant is warehouse, just assembly plant, so don’t expect good salary and increment. Lot of pressure and continuous unnecessary lectures by higher officials even after good performance in Quality

Very environmental and mentally torture, no lob timing, duty time 8 hrs only for just say, very poor and harrassing manegement, mostly non-technical manegement

One of the most good thing in this company is the job security and other work culture. Teammates are very much supportive and friendly. As a fresher one will got learn lots things.

There is very slow career growth and also salary scale is too low. Other thing is that work pressure is high and you have to give extra time to the company for which you will not be paid.

Extra work hour is management expectation. Salary structure is bare minimum as compared to similer industry. Career growth is limited. Perk and benifits are poor as compared to other similer industry. Only 10 leaves provided in a year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issue.salary is decent but career growth is slow.there is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.
