...u for a PDI inspection & more worst than that. 8). HR is like a katputli here . Just here for the attendance & salary distribution not here to take action against any bad activities. 9). Doing mail for asking any data is a crime ,mail is like you are using abusive language . 10). If you will ask for a data ,& if you are a new comer so there is no option for you at all that they will give you the data instantly ..you have to wait for 2 or 3 days even asking 10 time by physically too. 11). Plant is here to just fulfill the DI not to develop their employees. 12.). Giving solutions will be taken like you are hurting plant head ego . No solution excepted. 13) They are not getting the employees so they are recruiting labours in name of engineers .

Job security is the best thing. Repeated kind of work makes you comfortable for long time even if you are less skilled.

...son Sumi. If you are even 1min late it has to be approved by reporting manager. Otherwise salary would be deducted. Timing to come office is fixed but there in no any timing of leave from office. employees treated as labour . There is not much benefit of technical degree. Even person having bsc and bcom degree are working in R& D and btech and mtech are given lower priority. Always struggle for leaves and salary.

Good work environment and culture. Company policies are good.appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management does not address our issue.salary is decent but career growth is slow .

Increment process is very poor. Don't expect and incentives or bonus in return of your good work. The official people don't know how to behave with their juniors. Leave for the juniors is like sin. I have done apprenticeship there but still waiting for my certificates. It is almost 3 months of my resignation but still waiting for my certificates. The process is too slow.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that i am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-qyality products and has a global client base. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, i have to work 14-18hours straight in a day as i have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.
