Work culture is disgusting. There is no humanity in top management Working timming is very high. 24x7 type culture. High mental pressure as well as physically.

Very bad culture due to Higher Management. They treat to juniors like a slave. Even I was also a part of Higher Management, they forced me to sustain this type of culture, which I never done. This affects in day to day work, Quality of work, imbalance work life. As a result, most of the Mejor OEMs blacklisted them. I highly recommend not to join here if selected specifically in Manesar Plant where the Toolroom exists. COO of that company is not a good person. Thank You

Goodite work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling company policies are good appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every years

Company is for learning and earning experience in any field.Supportive staff and guidance .Lots of new to be learned as a upcoming engineer .Staff works harder for each employee to upgrade their skills .

New coming staff salary is not up to mark as other private sector provide . Transportation is not good for staff and associate facaulity.
