...tomer support in all terms. Canteen fasilty goodbfie staff as well as associate. Never company try to detect salary even in tough time and given timely without any delay. Very good salary structure and others perks and benefit. Specifically convenes facilities to assist managers and above. This is excellent one.

...nd culture. Typically LALA culture. This is very unfortunate it is TOP driven. Unfair salary hike and promotion means totally best on buttering. Dirty politics even on top management that's why it is coming downword also. Shop floor culture is worst than worst. Complete harassment of staff . Forcefully over stay and based on over stay ur performance evaluation. Not required intelligent people in organisation required only and only and only yes man. This is the reason staff atrration rate is very in manufacturing.

Salary structure is not same for same designation. As now mostly MNC have pay scale bandwidth . This to this range and for example Assitant Manager position pay scale 9PLA to 10PLA. But in Motherson variation gap is more. It is must to maintain the designation decorum as per market standards.
