1) Mix-Lab management is not capable to run a corporate. People just got fool on the name of Motherson at the time of hiring. It's just a struggling startup of 2 or 3 people under the group. 2) Things are so unmanaged in terms of work and HR prospect that it will become damn frustrating after a time. 3) You have to bear the consequences of project mismanagement and their low ethics. I would like to share my experience on this. 1) I was working on a big client project, that they won on the name of motherson. This was managed so badly by those 2 or 3 people that they were giving false delivery dates to the client every day. Then things went out of the hand and they started sending us on client side every weekend and sometimes 2 times in a week. And they don't even care about hotel and cab booking as I mentioned about HR issues. They just want us to go on client side even after 6 hours journey. 2) HR is so unprofessional that she won't reply to your mail or messages. I got my appointment letter after 3 months, after following up maybe 15 times. 3) I got so frustrated by their unprofessionalism and inhumanity towards employee that I decided to leave the company just after 6 months of joining. So when I got offer from other company. I talked my with my manager(VP of the company) for 1 month notice period. After some efforts he agreed but didn't gave acceptance on mail. Due to that personal belief I trusted him and followed up with him for almost FIVE times in person and SIX times on mail. Then after one month he backed off from his conversation. As I had no option left to leave current company and join the new company and they used this against me. 4) After backtracking of VP, If I wanted I could have not provide the latest code and ruin the last 2 months of the project. But my ethics didn't allow that so I posted the assets and dropped the final mail. After this also HR played game and called me to submit the code and doing FNF. But after getting laptop she also backed off. Their ethics are so low that, after doing all this they didn't do my FNF.
