Salary is very low compared to other companies in same industry. No promotion policy.. As per my experience there is no promotion for hardworking employee.. You need to be a boss pleaser for promotions.. There are people who are not promoted from 8-10 years.. No benefits for employees recruited through campus placements.. They are hiring my batch mates and gave them higher package compare to mine Who they didn't even shortlisted for interview during campus placements.

One of the best organization where you work life balance manage at it's best , job security is among high , no need worry about salary timing and yearly increment, provide leading and skill development program regularly

Salary not upto the current scenario of market , salary is good but not upto best level

I hope someone should join mother dairy if they wanted to retire from here. Job security is quite high.

Poor salary structure, no benefits, no employee satisfaction, no employee focus. No mean of ratings during increment.

Pros: 1. Work Life Balance is superb. 2. Leaves are generous. 3. Structure is horizontal. Approaching people is easy.

Cons: 1. Career Growth is slow. On job learning initiatives are primitive. 2. Compensation structure is conservative.

Its a very good company& working culture is fantastic also career growth is good &one another plus point is that my colleagues is very supportive in various background special thanks given to my superior boss Mr KPS Chauhan which is given me various opportunity to work with this organization .I would like to request re-hire policy implemented here.

It seems to me compensation should be decent as per work pressure.
