Management only expects the sales without doing anything No trend of doing marketing of products No improvement of any employee is happening Nobody listens in the company If u are lucky then you will get a good boss and you can stay in company or else u r at the worst place Not much increment

All upper level of senior is only for his salary they never try to understand what employees need support. If you are working well senior demands for money. Otherwise will send unwanted products that’s called pushing, if you will ask ASM he will reply I have done it ZI have done it if you will ZI he says I have not done it RI have done it I think now if you will call to RI he will answer ask your ASM or ZI if they will not answer it then I do some thing, literally no body will listen you for your unwanted losses.

company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base. As a result, I get to travel abroad, especially to the US and Canada. But on-site travel is completely dependent on your project and client’s location

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times.

Excellent company , very corporative staff.regular on job training .travel policies are good. Good work environment with little politics .but job security is 100%. Carrier growth is slow.

Disparity in salary among same rank and dual salary structure in same organization.

Salary is not good of old employee. New joining getting good hike. It's not good for biggner. If you have 10 to 15 years experience than it is best place for you to work till retirement.
