...rk satisfaction is definitely not coming in the current scenario of the company.Company need to increase its pay structure also in the way it demand various works from a single person.Work timing i think will be worst in whle of industry including the pay also

Overall ok. Work satisfaction is average. Gives you good exposure. If you are a beginner this is one of the best company in FMCG industry.

Salary and other benefits are bit low than other companies, work life balance is also not healthy They will not give any Foreign exposure to the front line employees

1-Salary growth is slower than a turtle. 2- There are Promotion option but there is negligible hikes in ctc even after promotion.
