... commitment they do at the time of joining. 2. Don't respect their employees. 3. Don't provide salary on time. 4. They target fresher to work for free for 3 months and fire them. 5. They dont provide experience letter after resign. 6. Very poor Work Culture. 7. Don't impress with office architecture this only for impress purpose. 8. They don't credit salary on time and unnecessary deduction were made. 9. They don't increase salary after 1 year and said they give me what are you working on last 1 year then i will increase you salary. Very worst. THis is very worst company i saw in my life. After work they not pay salary and fire you.

As a Software Developer has been a quite disappointing. The initial promises made during process turned out to be false, particularly regarding salary and timely payments. Despite assurances, the salary was consistently delayed by 2 month, causing unnecessary financial stress. As per my experience i will never suggest to join.

You may be impressed by company architect at first but when you spent some time you will get to know the real environment.

Don't give the original signature on offer letter and also will not give you experience letter either . 6. They will ask you to keep 50k cheque as security deposit but at the time of firing they don't return it, also they will ask you to sign a bond and will not give you any documents copy to you even if you ask and they fire you as per their need so you can not have any proof. 7. They don't increase the salary after 6month as I said they do fake commitment.

There is no work environment, Doesn't provide salary for 2-3 month, No benefits provide to the employee, No fun activities and other things happen in company.
