Birla Morton"s products are no doubt very good & market response is also good.Company highly maintain the quality & freshness of each & every products rather than other comparative company .

Dislikes

Sales Senior Management like ASM,RSM,VICE PRESIDENT & PRESIDENT are good but Account incharge Mr.Anand is hopeless person.Company doesn't give proper expense as per committed amount also not in proper time & no settlement for employee.Specially Mr.Anand (Accounts Incharge) speak to roughly after deducting money without reason he thinks the company belongs to his father's property.

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more.
