The company has a great culture, people are treated with respect. Employees are given time to perform if they are struggling. The office has a very flexible time schedule and work hours. As long as the work gets done no one will interfere with when you login or log out. Promotions are dependent on business growth. However, the promotion hikes are barely 20%.

Dislikes

The company offers very limited pay with 4-6% hike on every appraisal. It's a great company to be at when you are already satisfied with your pay and want to keep pace with inflation. Not when you are looking to grow.

On all the negative points that i have mentioned they always keep talking about good work culture which is confined to the fact that you can take leave anytime you want.

Dislikes

No skill development, no credible work, very below the average salary. You wouldn't reach a six figure salary even after 4 or 5 years working in the company.

...ple to work like a BPO, where you will slog for 10-12 hours and give production. Company is working on hiring only freshers salary is peanuts

Lots of politics, Favouritism,micro managing,poor leads no growth at all will never recommend any one to join this company, my humble request not to join this pathetic company or else you will regret
