...think twice before choosing this company… 1) your work won’t be recognised. 2) there won’t be proper salary hike or increments 3) 100% No job security you can be fired any time 4) 0 benefits to employees 5) company is in running in losses 6) no toilet facilities to male employees 7) lot more to say kindly don’t choose this company if really needed a grown in career Pros If you are ready to say “YES” to everything and shake you head like a goat and pass wrong information and compline about fellow employee and “THIS IS THE CORRECT COMPANY TO JOIN WERE YOU CAN GROW”

I am engaged with this MLM based company as a Store Logistics In Kolkata location. They don't have any proper plan. Poor management. Staffs are not experienced. No appraisal. They earn money through sale their product in west bengal region through offer. HR has no rules and regulations. Back office and normal executive promoted in HR desk. No job security. Anytime you can loose your job. No proper system. I lost my 4 years in this company. I highly recommend don't join this company. If you raise your voice the owner will give threat for legal cases. But I am fighting with them.

Work live balance is great Salary & Compensation part is great comparatively, during pandemic also we were paid full salary Performance appraisal was also done during this pandemic After office hours we never get phone calls from any of the management staff Sufficient time frame is given to accomplish the responsibilities Managements listens to the employees suggestions No politics culture is followed

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

.... My honest review from my heart for Moringo Organics is as follows , Likes , 1. The Best Part of Moringo , They are the one of the PAY MASTERS in Chennai 2. Great "Work Life Balance" support from MD. Permission granted / Monetary compensation /Flexibility guaranteed without second thought more than any MNC worked by me earlier. 3. I "learned a lot" reporting directly to MD without any restrictions in multiple domain in the growing company both in India & Outside India. 4. "Integrity and Honesty" of the Employees, Suppliers , Customers is the first priority of the company.

Personally , I do not have much , But some of them to say is 1. Management does not want people to work/ stay after office hours .
