The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that i am a part of a team that markets reliable, high quality products and has global client base. I also like the internal promotion in the company.

Dislikes

Compensation is descent, but growth is slow. Managers do not value an individuals unique strengths, which is why i have to take back my suggestions most of the times.

HQ people don't give value to Representatives. Any Company runs the business only because of representatives, so give some value them. Reps are not only employees they are part of your organization.

Worst Office environment ever I got in my career. It is terrible as people over here are always engaged in politics. There's no room for compliment if you do not oil and butter your manager. Managers are having affair with their employees. In birthday celebrations also the seniors cannot resist themselves from targetting some juniors to humiliate in front of all. Forget about timely appraisal, they will give you the work pressure of 10 people. You can survive only if you have the talent of licking their feet. That's it.

Company having good reputation in Pharma (derma) market. But no innovative strategy to increase sales volume.rather degrowing. Very conservative minded..good working environment is there...need to have aggression to compete with other organisation for better results.

Few employee unnecessarily poking there nose or interfere in others work to show their seniority..no clarity about career pathway..overall outlook need to be changed
