I am engaged with this MLM based company as a Store Logistics In Kolkata location. They don't have any proper plan. Poor management. Staffs are not experienced. No appraisal. They earn money through sale their product in west bengal region through offer. HR has no rules and regulations. Back office and normal executive promoted in HR desk. No job security. Anytime you can loose your job. No proper system. I lost my 4 years in this company. I highly recommend don't join this company. If you raise your voice the owner will give threat for legal cases.
