Only the good part here is good salary as per industry in jobs related to hedge fund administration

You could not get leaves during 25th to 15th of every month due to pre month end and month end closing, even if you have some urgent personal work or any festival. No Indian holidays. Work pressure is very much. Too much work assigned to each employee that u can't even sit 5 minutes relaxed in the office. We hv 8 hrs if working time and almost daily we have to extend our working time by 2-3 hrs daily especially atleast 15 days per month. Timings are 11 a.m to 8 p M. No personal life.

Extreme favoritism, biasness and politics. Managers not discussing career path, regular 1:1s, lacks of KPIs to track performance and judging individuals on the basis of peers' feedback, lack of guidance from the leadership team and poor training mechanism

Pay and perks are good.

Dislikes

Mid level managers in model risk management are incompetent, incapable of doing any hands on. Senior management cannot tolerate criticism No work ethics. Credit is often not given to the deserving person. Promotions are manipulated for personal propaganda.

Dislikes

Appraisal hikes are very low, less then market standard. Favouritism happens very frequent, community support culture is followed by senior management. Internal movements are purely dominated and managed by senior management. They don't let you leave team easily, or they spoil your ratings.

Likes

Salary compensation they paid very good. Besides the other facilities like skills and development session from outsider(Iron lady, etc.) are there. Hybrid culture is also there this is a plus. Food compensation is also good. Overall Infrastructure and facilities are very good.

Dislikes

Management is unprofessional. Don't believe in Team work. Managers play divide and rule policy they encourages team member to fight with each other and play unethically with each other.
