Team environment is good. Perks you get are good. Hybrid working so can manage your personal/ professional time accordingly.

Dislikes

... organization and later they will kick you out with no intimation and no reason. Only bonus is what you can expect which is one time thing.

Likes

Company policies are good. E.g. You get 90 days paid sick leave per year. Leave encashment is on total salary and not just base salary.

Dislikes

1. No job security. They may ask you to resign at any point of time irrespective of your performance. 2. Most of the time the efforts don’t get recognised by the management. 3. Most of the decisions related to promotion or appraisal are taken by US counterparts who may not have a detailed insight of the individual’s contribution. (This is my personal experience during my tenure with the company (2016-2019) and it might be different for different team/department).

Work environment is professional.In terms salary and benefits it's really good.People follow the core values of company I mean they work in way the different core values are set by company.

Dislikes

Professionalism and Processes implemented in different applications are good.Also good for career development in terms of understanding the financial business.

Workload is fine, office cab. Another company screwed by Micromanagers

Dislikes

A lot of politics, favourism, poor promotion, they can eat your variable pay completely. Some managers who are old in organisation control everyone to get things done as per them Threat, abusive language by manager towards consultants especially. No clear picture about management, during appraisal you'll find new stakeholders which u had to satisfy

Likes

1.Great to join if you are early in your career. 2. Salary & Increments are fine.

Dislikes

They follow a very rigid hierarchy structure. Seniors make opinions based on the views from their 1 downs. You can have all the valid points in the world but no one will take your opinion if you are a junior. 2. Too much importance is given if something is said by an onshore personal. Valid points are not a consideration then.
