They follow a very rigid hierarchy structure. Seniors make opinions based on the views from their 1 downs. You can have all the valid points in the world but no one will take your opinion if you are a junior. 2. Too much importance is given if something is said by an onshore personal. Valid points are not a consideration then.

If you are in probation, the HR does not listen to your side if your probation is extended. In my case & colleague, our probation was extended from 3 months to 6 months, after that instead of confirming probation they gave us reason that performance is not satisfactory even working hard & extending shifts. We were asked yo leave the firm, & HR does not have any role in it. They do not take part in it, once decision is made by manager. They don't put you in any other process, but simply ask to leave. Me & my colleague we both joined with a time difference of 2 weeks & both of us were not confirmed & asked to leave. Work culture is not good. Feedback & training was not give properly. Just a organisation for its name but policy are worst.

In accounting, where I work, there has never been a day when there was no learning. Everyone is quite helpful with your curious questions. Professional environment mostly. People are composed and quite civil no matter what the situation (Mostly).

...an soon become a habit if you don't fight it. There is no overtime paid as well. Lastly, Year-end compensation is not satisfactory.

Businiess priorities don't always align with career ambitions for CS peeps. Teams are collaborating from all over the world so one has to start late and end late.

As overall MS is good, its only about the fund services department Micromanagement - even if u are away for 10-15 mins managers you to check, they keep tap on status on how mang minutes we are away from the system. There is no term called as work life balance, literally you will made to work 16-17hrs a day, if they wish they will implement 24*7 work. Then more worse to work on weekends, Technology backward, so much redundant and repitative work, HR department is for name sake no one to listen to your griveances, managers & above level are very bossy, if you raise your concern & try to raise your voice you will be targeted. They dont care about the well being of employee, taking a sick leave is like battle so many questions are asked. There is no personal growth. All you will gain here is lots of health issue & unhealthy life and no personal growth. All this is resulting in a high attrition rate. Advice to management : Put treat employees like humans not like working robots. If the workstyle is like this soon you will be left with peanuts
