Hypocrisy on the culture values quoted and practiced. The usa counterparts are very random in their behavior. No sense of team ownership. Indian staff is treated like a contract labour. This can very specific to my experience, so don't generalize.

Appraisal hikes are very low, less then market standard. Favouritism happens very frequent, community support culture is followed by senior management. Internal movements are purely dominated and managed by senior management. They don't let you leave team easily, or they spoil your ratings.

Likes

Salary compensation they paid very good. Besides the other facilities like skills and development session from outsider(Iron lady, etc.) are there. Hybrid culture is also there this is a plus. Food compensation is also good. Overall Infrastructure and facilities are very good.
