CEO frequently changes Top management and they frequently change middle management, i survived as my reporting ZBM & GM was overall good human being in tenure 2018-19. CEO is visionless that's why medicus didn't grow till date since inception. If anyone start doing good then they change management.

Dislikes

...n't want to grow and running this medicus division in loss to save overall tax . Cash flow is pathetic, never pay on time to the senior management.

Field forces are good in Morepen Lab, Most of them are self motivated. Products range are good in the company..

Dislikes

Job security is terrible in the company. Salary dates are not fixed for the managers. it can come on any date between 16th to 28th .work-life balance is poor here.

...hey are working for bright future unfortunately In world crisis like COVID - 19. Company has given salary in parts like 25% salary, first week in the month, 25% salary last week in the month and rest amount will be given in Next month. And also there have no security for job. In this crisis time they have fired 20-25 employee per month due to salary.

Dislikes

There have no plan for future growth. And every 2-3 months they have changed policy. Aimless company
