This place is actually no less than a drama...A Bad Drama Infact Last year a guy from Credit department spitted on the face of his bosses after being critized for his behaviour and was moved out of the organization who in turn publicly wrote against the so called CRO(which was actually true for what all he had written).He brought out the fact on linkedin and ambition box that how the management is exploting their position and that how the CRO is biased towards female gender... To all this that guy even after publicly doing all the shit over internet is rehired again in the company and is a management's own guy now...LMAO This is a place where no talented employees would like to be hired so they have no other option than to hire those who are available which is envitable from the above story... Now after reading this comment the management and the HR would be contacting the ambition box again and would request them to delete this factual comment and even would request the company to disclose the persons name.If such a thing happens again as it was done the last time nobody would ever believe ambition box... Do not join this company if you want to see your mental peace in place

The work environment lacks professionalism and is plagued by several critical issues: 1. Unproductive Management: The top leadership comprises a close-knit group of old acquaintances who prioritize personal conversations over actual work, creating an inefficient and unprofessional atmosphere. 2. Favouritism and Discrimination: The workplace suffers from blatant favouritism. Certain CXOs engage in inappropriate relationships and play favourites, particularly with female employees. This results in disproportionate salary hikes (50-60%) post-appraisal cycles and exclusive perks, such as flexible hours and work-from-home options, while other employees face stringent monitoring and are penalized for minor infractions. 3. Ineffective HR: The HR department fails to act as an impartial advocate for employees and instead operates as a mere extension of management, ignoring genuine grievances and concerns. This place is only for girls to work.They should actually stop hiring male employees.The top management is too biased towards girls and is there only for their ESOPs and is earning money by making fool of the promoters.They hardly care for the company and it's image.P.S Leave , WFH, Appraisal policies is different for everyone based on favouritism
