They want less knowledgeable candidates in their company but the person has all the skills to maintain their tasks and work as per the requirements they don't want. Major Dislikes- 1. Pure Politics 2. Work Pressure 3. Demotivation 4. Worst HR Management 5. They don't care about your family background
