Job security is very low, MD is very aggressive no mercy for any mistakes in work even for first time. Site is cool but as per my choice please don’t join head office.

I am with b.tech working at helper designation from 2years till now but no salary increment at purnea 3220. Life is hell. Working time 9 am to 10:30 pm. But no progress.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
