There is no job security no gives P. F. No Esi scheme, they give mi cash payment if I said why not give me salary with banking transaction I also said make payment on my account do NEFT but they was said Director give you check and political reason for that make they check more than payment and said cut your salary any upper amount give to Director reason is tax not given to gov. Ex. If my salary is 17300 they give mi 21000 amt check left amt 3700 I given to Director. No any system there.
