The behaviour of Board of Directors are very good and cordial. Salary on time and cash rich company with zero debts.

Dislikes

1. Too much office politics and toxic work culture. 2. Lack of job security - There is no job security as top management often blames others for their own mistakes. Even area/zonal managers can lose their jobs anytime due to hire and fire rule. They never make it clear during joining. 3. No Mediclaim 4. The work culture lacks professionalism and colleagues are oven disrespectful. 5. Top management take feedback from your juniors and lower level employees, which leads to a lack respect for middle managers. 6. Very bad travel policy. 7. No work life balance - Salespeople often start working from 5 am and work until 11 pm. 8. You are expected to push your team and franchises dealers to meet targets, but if they complain. it could cost you your job, which is not fair. 9. The Sales team is instructed to work on all holidays even though these are listed as official holidays by HR and the company. 10. Tremendous pressure to perform.

I work as a production Officer, they select you on a contract basis 2yr contract if you break the contract they diduct your salary, if company get any customer complaint they directly diduct that amount from your salary. No discipline on working area. Because all workers are local, whipping cream maker helper don't have any hand gloves he directly put hand on these cream. No company safety shoes; all employees enter in cake area (production) with there regular shoes.

Last 14 yrs I worked under this company to get a position in company chanel, where as I share my experience to all monginis stores how to grow sale, how to maintain hygyne etc...but ...I didn't get any support from this company where as I am a company certified person.....

What dislike....i love this company from my heart...give me a chance ...I will proof myself...I am working under JUBILANT FOOD WORKS(DOMINOS)as a Guest Delight Associate...i have knowledge about customer handeling, sales growing ideas etc

Very worst management , No growth and sallery increament . Mentally torcher and if bymistakely any mistake happen it's directly affect on sallery like sallery deduction and keeping sallery on Hold , owner interfere small and unwanted things ,and use abusive language and misbehave , During working period no one can survive here freely and happily . No shift management if any guy working in night shift and his salery is they will keep continuously in night shift and if any mistakes happen they deduct salery directly ,Last month my 5k deducted my sallery

Work Environment is Extremely Bad. The Co workers is not helpful. Managements is too very bad. There is no life. All fake commitments. No work balance.

Dislikes

There is lot of hidden politics. The managements never being resolve the problems. There is no career.
