...orking here in last 10 years. One of the best rf dryer manufacturers in world. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

If any problem in our customer machine, no leave or holiday. Do the attand break down first.

It's been a good to Work with Monga Startfield and The Boss are too Good yo work with. You can sustain a long time span there without any problem.There are people with Experience from minimum 5 years to 35 years.

Dislikes

Between Regular colleagues there is lack of Information transfer.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
