I have worked in Crane Process for more than a year. The company has the best salary package as per the industry and very talented and helping team members. Lot of career opportunities. The work environment is also excellent. HR department takes care of the employees work life balance.

The Headcount should be increased and employees should be hired on permanent payroll by the company.

Nice office but finance team didn't get time to get the benefit of it

They don't care about your personal life and working on most of the weekends . Worst ERP which leads to work load and pressure on teams .

Best culture before 2011, later culture became old traditional. Now company work on 5 day week for staff. Training culture self development

Dislikes

Lot of meeting culture, feedback mechanism system , old traditional people revolve around siteleader, who having min. 12 hrs. working mindset though you finish your work. Lot of people are in Operation are MUDA who don't add value in business. These people diluted company environment. Zero value for smart working. Right now, this Company is cosmetic balloon.

Big dislike is Manager. He always yells at juniors on simple things. Not left single chance to demoralizing you. not supportive at all. If you perform well , he will get insecure and will start doing politics against you . Always try to show good image of his with his seniors. But reality is very harsh .it's advisable to avoid joining such a company it will ruin your life.
