Work life balance, There are two Saturdays off. Office hours is 10 am to 7 pm. If you just want to spend time then it's OK.

Overall has a culture of micromanagement. Some team leads have no idea of the tech worked here. Their job is to bad mouth employees as they are there due to referrals and not by clearing and actual tech interview.
