My ASM Specially Vishal Gupta is not good person . Not motivated by Team. Meeting not happened every month. His picture not clear with ground realities . Market not visit . RD point not visit . Not discuss with PC team and TSI team . Cultural differences ASM belong From J&K not like Our North East Culture. His judgement is very critical mostly 2/3 person he likely the most in our Team team Size is Total 7 Person .

There is a lot of politics and tha management doesn't address our issues Salary is decent but career growth is slow There is boss of 2 years before which you cannot resign.on tha jo training in not given to new joinees, not safe my jop this compney

distributors are dependent on company, no distributor or DSM attrition each and every data will be in figure tip

...no work life balance, huge KPIs we're we will be frustrated to do all these, company will pay u well and take 3 times work of your salary

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.
