One area of concern during my time at Moltech Solutions has been the appraisal process. While all teams appear to contribute equally and share similar workloads, I have noticed that other teams receive more favorable appraisals. This has been discouraging, as it raises questions about how performance is evaluated. I believe more transparency and consistency in the appraisal process would help ensure that all teams and individuals are fairly recognized for their efforts

Dislikes

No work distribution as per role. CEO has no reputation as CEO. You can learn but knowledge can not be apply on any of project. They hate WFH. And if you ask for, you will be fired. Can not listen music. Rule to always wear shocks(even if it smells like hell) but no shoes are allowed in office. Odd culture. Even you work for many hours without having lunch, dinner or even sleep, not appreciate at all like you haven't done anything for company. Asks to deal with clients directly, and no support if any serious/uncontrollable situation. If client complaint once, you will be fired. Company is full of freshers and Interns/Trainees from colleges. We have to do spoon feeding them all and also deliver own work an time. Most of the employees are their relatives sons/daughters so you are last in queue in everything. Person who has no knowledge taking interviews! If you want to work like Robot, you will be welcomed there.
