...ours - 9hrs 30minutes. Appraisals always delayed by 4-6 months but arrears paid. Employee will not know how much hike he/she has got in these 4-6 months delayed appraisals until salary & arrears credits after 4-6 months.

No co operation during COVID just salry cutting and fooling employees even they donot give loptop we have to use our own

Sincerely, I dont like any thing about this organization. Withing 2 month realized that, I made wrong choice. There is no job security in moldtek and work culture is also too bad. Firstly, they had not taken the COVID-19 seriously till the police cops not come to office and they had forced HR and management to close the office. At lockdown time, they had not provided any software and hardware to work. We only adjusted hardware (Laptops) and internet connections to support the organization.

...r for cost cutting by promising to give current month(May2020) complete payment.But at the time of salary they had given only basic pay. Please dont Join this organization and dont believe specially on HR's. They are master to give fake promises.

...x: Minimum of 12 Hrs. to 18 Hrs., But they dont write working hours in the BOND. And also salary was very very less.

... Better to go for any other company without commit Bond & Caution Deposit of Rs.1,00,000/-, if they are giving less salary than this company. Please confirm first what is the timing of working hours ?

Company name is very good from outside..but once you enter u ll know with in 1 or 2 month very worst company u ever saw..I worked many companies in hyderabd..but this is very bad working culture.

The management of moldtek dont have even single point on employ concerns. They ll pay u have to work like hell..in MES department few team leads fully dummy they dont know even what freshers knows...they are big suckers for MES team and mangers are like ............ I dint get word to address them.... They are worst than covid virus. Lead Peoples in moldtek makes u sick and sucks u like anything.. worst anagement...and they will recognise one theirs.....
