No proper HR policies, No Single reporting boss, No career growth, No proper training, no transfer of knowledge from supervisor / Managers to there subordinate

COMPENSATION IS DECENT BUT GROWTH IS SLOW I HAVE TO ATTEND CLIENT SOMETIMES I HAVE TO WORK 14-18 HOURS

This is lala company no police all staff play a dirty politics. Clash between head office and plant always,no support of senior, in probation period no leave if you are serious ill. Management is support only south indian staff. No value for North Indian, Hr department is worst

Good learning for freshers. One can join the company only if they are freshers to gain experience and learning. Experience people can join only if they are jobless and looking for temporary job until you find the best job of your choice or if you have no other option but make sure you start searching for another job within 6-8 month because there is no job security. Also the Worse people in HR department. There is no use of HR department and totally useless

Company culture, no motivation to work in sales, answering multiple people hence torture and pressure from multiple people on new business, tough targets which can never meet. so no appraisal
