Worst company worst canteen food Worst worst Hr management Worst food in canteen Very low salaries Noo public holidays and normal holidays Doesn't have a medical team Doesn't have a ambulance Doesn't have basic need Fakes all the AUDITS Done in the company Money minded company Total time waste to work in moldtek Doesnt have any travelling facilities for employees Noo relationship with employees

During the lock down they have supported by downsizing the employees and salary cut

No proper HR policies, No Single reporting boss, No career growth, No proper training, no transfer of knowledge from supervisor / Managers to there subordinate

This is lala company no police all staff play a dirty politics. Clash between head office and plant always,no support of senior, in probation period no leave if you are serious ill. Management is support only south indian staff. No value for North Indian, Hr department is worst
