...ee well being. They are baised. They will treat you like they are purchased you. Its horrible place to work when if you get higher pay. Recent experience dnt visit them.

Dislikes

There are only dislikes in the company.full of politics which owner have knowledge but dnt have control. Layman & uneducated person is company head. Company is running only due to availability of funds.no life, no job security, no control over others decision, single work is being done my many employees, no office culture. They are shameless, selfish, uncultured, layman & full of egoistic person working there. They don't have ability to judge you and provide you job satisfaction. You will feel disrespectful over there. A uneducated person will guide you in the company. Specially owner of company will not bother of decision taken by company head.

... to learn, no job security and can be sacked with no prior notice at any moment. As during COVID suddenly sacked without notice and with no compensation with abstract logic for deduction. Career growth is not in the books of the company whatever yours effort is.

Its a Good Company.. For those who know how to do work in a work place.. Not such a work pressure.. Boss is very polite and humble... Manager are very helpful...

There is no growth in carrier.. You have ti stick in a same position as becoz it's small scale company..

In the lockdown periods MMPL management support his employers maximum... 1st of all Job security and timely payment when business will be fully stuck during lockdown ..full support like a graded corporate families.. Management saved his employees like farmer save his rooted seeds..got a wonderful another experiences in company... just speech less and there are no other objections our colluge and support stuff , I think.
